Sir Mortimer B. Davis' Former Villa - Chateau Belvoir is a neoclassical style building built between 1908 and 1916. The two-and-a-half-storey stone building has a gable roof. Six arched dormers pierce the main facade of the house and frame a monumental pediment in the center. Two large chimneys crown the gable walls of the building, creating a symmetrical arrangement. The main facade is pierced by several arched casement windows with large panes, on the ground floor, and sash windows upstairs, in addition to the paneled and glazed door topped by an arched transom. A secondary body with a flat roof, of two levels, leans against the rear of the building. A large stone terrace runs along the main facade, like a church square. The building is set back from the public highway, high on a promontory in front of a large expanse of land. The Sir-Mortimer-B.-Davis road which gives access to the villa was originally the private courtyard of the residence.
