- The LESSEE must provide a lessee insurance for liability and contents up to $2,000,000. The LESSEE will need to submit to the Broker and LESSOR a proof of insurance before the possession date.

- The parties hereto agree to receive promises to lease in either French or English. If any documents provided by the Lessor to the Lessee are in English only, the Lessor is not responsible for providing translations of those documents.

- No Pets Are Allowed" on the premises. If any evidence of pet(s) is discovered on premises a penalty amount of $1,000.00 will be deducted from the Security Deposit.

- No glass containers will be allowed in the Spa, the tenant is fully responsible for any damage of the Spa.
