RENTAL PRICES AND CONDITIONS
The rental price per month will be as am;
The ski season from November 15 to April 15: $ 5,500 / month except from December 15 to January 15 $ 6,500 / month
Summer season from April 1 to November 14: $ 5,500 / month


Payments for rentals of less than 5 months will be payable as follows; a non-refundable deposit of $ 5,000 at the signing of the rental agreement, a post-dated check on the date of possession for the balance of the rental amount.

Payments for rentals of 5 months or more will be payable as follows; A non-refundable deposit of $ 10,000 at the signing of the rental agreement, a post-dated check on the date of possession representing 50% of the balance of the rental amount and another post-dated check two months after the date of taking possession for the total balance of payment.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - With the lease, the TENANT will remit to LES IMMEUBLES MONT-TREMBLANT in trust a refundable deposit of two thousand five hundred dollars ($ 2,500) postdated on the date of taking possession in order to compensate for any damage that may occur in the leased premises during the term of the lease. The deposit will be returned to the TENANT (maximum of 10 days after the end of the lease) after inspection of the premises by the LESSOR or his / her representative and after payment of all invoices for which the tenant is responsible.
The deposit does not constitute a settlement of damages for the LESSOR, in the event that the amount of damage is greater than the said deposit of $ 2,500 to which, if applicable, the RENTER undertakes by this rental contract to pay all repair costs.

Exclusions:  Hydro, natural gas, cable and Internet. The tenant will have to pay in addition to the rent an amount of $ 500 per month for these services. The departure cleaning fee will be extra, the amount will be determined only during cleaning depending on the inventory and must not exceed $ 250.00.
